Résidence d’Éducation Artistique et Culturelle (EAC) invitée par Terrains Communs pour deux semaines de résidence avec l’école Lucette Sallé à Nevers. Deux semaines entre l’école et le jardin à observer et dessiner la faune et la flore présente à terrains communs. Peindre sur tissus, papiers et cerf-volants, construire une grande cabane, des pancartes, des costumes pour défiler tou.te.s ensembles.
Peindre en classe, sous le préau, sous un énorme tilleul, le soleil, la pluie et le vent.

“Nature Painting”, 2026
“Nature Painting” was a two-week Artist in Residence for Arts and Cultural Education (EAC) programme, invited by Terrains Communs in collaboration with Lucette Sallé School in Nevers, France. For two weeks, we moved between the classroom and the garden, observing and drawing the local flora and fauna found at Terrains Communs. We painted on fabric, paper, and kites, built a large fabric shelter, created signs and costumes, and ended the residency with a collective parade.
We painted everywhere: in the classroom, under the playground canopy, beneath a big lime tree, in sunshine, rain, and wind.
Thanks to Romain, Catherine, and the entire team at Lucette Sallé School, Mathilde, Jean-Louis, Maya Otazaghine, and DRAC Bourgogne–Franche-Comté for their generous support and trust.
